Welcome to Elevate Habits! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Application developed by Khanh.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Description of Service

Elevate Habits is a productivity tool designed to help users track habits, manage schedules, and analyze personal progress. Features may include habit logging, reminders, and analytical reports. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibility

Age: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Application.
Account: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your login information confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Access

The Application offers premium features via In-App Purchases (IAP). All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription Plans (Auto-renewable): These will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
One-Time & Lifetime Access: We may offer non-renewable packages or "Lifetime" access for a one-time upfront fee.
Management & Refunds: You can manage subscriptions in your Store Account Settings. All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple/Google according to their specific policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design, text, source code, and graphics in the Application (excluding user-generated data) are the exclusive property of the Service Provider. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application without our written permission.

5. User Content and Conduct

You own the data you enter (habit names, logs, notes). However, you grant us the right to store and process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Application.

7. Termination and Changes

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend your access without notice for conduct that violates these Terms.
Changes: We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Application after the "Last Updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
